Our house in Maple Park, IL Purchased June 2013
This was once the only house on block 12 North of the Railroad tracks in the Village of Lodi, IL.
According to Kane County records, The land was purchased in 1866 for $240.
The mortgage for the sum of $800 to build the house was signed in 1870.

We have a lot of sweat in it now, but are ready to relax a bit after 2 years of hard work documented here.
